Jean-Clair Todibo’s move to West Ham United appears to have been hijacked at the last minute by Juventus, with the defender reportedly preferring a move to the Bianconeri despite a deal having been agreed with the London club.
Todibo, 24, was expected to sign for Julen Lopetegui’s West Ham on a season-long loan with obligation to buy. The mandatory fee was expected to be in the region of €27m, with further add-ons.

The French centre-back has been at OGC Nice since 2021, having previously spent time at Barcelona.
Manchester United were understood to be interested in the youngster’s services, though a move was blocked by UEFA due to INEOS’ involvement with both clubs.
