Steve Cooper’s Leicester City have reportedly entered talks with Arsenal over the signing of Reiss Nelson, according to Sky Sports.
The Foxes are keen to secure the 24-year-old on loan for the 2024/25 season, with an obligation to buy thereafter. The forward previously enjoyed loan spells with TSG Hoffenheim and Feyenoord, but has struggled for consistent game time in North London.

The Foxes are preparing for their first season back in the Premier League after relegation in 2022/23 condemned them to a campaign in the EFL Championship. Under the guidance of Enzo Maresca, the club earned automatic promotion as second-tier champions – though the Italian has now taken the reins at Chelsea.
Leicester City claimed a preseason victory over Shrewsbury Town at the Croud Meadow on Tuesday, with Stephy Mavididi and Kasey McAteer on the scoresheet for the Foxes. Caleb Okoli, a recent signing for Steve Cooper’s side, scored an own goal.
