The Premier League title is seemingly destined to remain in Manchester this season, after Arsenal fell to a 0-2 defeat at Villa Park on Sunday.
The Gunners could have risen above Manchester City to claim the top spot with a win, distancing themselves from Liverpool in the process after the Reds were also defeated by Crystal Palace earlier in the afternoon.
Speaking post-match, Mikel Arteta expressed that he is not too worried about slipping away from the title because there could yet be more twists and turns before the end of the season.

Manchester City now have a two-point lead at the top of the table, prompting many fans and journalists alike to suggest that Pep Guardiola’s team will retain their title for yet another season.
Arteta isn’t convinced though, taking the opportunity to remind journalists that any team can suffer a defeat capable of derailing their campaign. ‘This can happen to any team, it has happened in the past and we cannot control that at all,’ he suggested.
As for Arsenal, they now turn their focus to Wednesday’s trip to Germany. The Gunners will face Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena, having settled for a 2-2 draw in the first leg.
‘We can control how we are going to be now, prepare from tomorrow to give ourselves the best chance to go to Munich with big belief and win the game to go into the semi-finals.’
